Balance refund

You can ask us to refund your balance. The money can be refunded to the original source, we will not send it to another person.

Please note

  • there is no expiration date of your balance, you can keep it on your account indefinitely for further use
  • balance can be refunded only if you don't have any packages on our premises

 

The refund process depends on the original method of payment, please see below.

 

PayPal

Please contact us on [email protected] (from your email address used on Tiptrans) and write us the PayPal address you've used to TOP UP. Once confirmed, we will reverse that payment. There is no fee on our side to do it.

 

Card payment (Stripe)

Please contact us on [email protected] (from your email address used on Tiptrans) and write us the last four digits of the card you've used to TOP UP. Once confirmed, we will reverse that payment. There is no fee on our side to do it.

 

Bank Transfer

Use the "Local payment" service to transfer your money back to your account. Please write a note it's a Balance refund case, so we won't charge you 5% as we normally do for Local payments (but we still charge the service fee, as for us it's a bank transfer like any other).

 

Bitcoin & Western Union

We are not able to refund BTC or make a WU transfer, but you can use the "Local payment" service in such cases.
