HONG KONG

The warehouse is fully operational;

2022-03-14: Due to the Covid-19 outbreak in the city, many shipping methods are affected. Many post offices will close without prior notification; SF Express doesn't deliver to companies/homes. Please expect delays across the board.

2021-04-30: We've added Hong Kong Post Surface Mail / Parcel as a shipping option - this service is still available to most countries (even for those who can not enjoy the Air Mail / Parcel service)

CHINA

Fully operational.

2022-04-01: Re-opened
2022-03-14: Shenzhen is affected by the Covid-19 outbreak in the city, and our warehouse is forced to remain closed for a few days, expecting delays.
2020-12-01: Now, we can ship to India by ARAMEX and Netherlands post( slow). Please kindly note there will be an additional fee charged due to COVID-19.
2020-11-18: China post service ( less than 2KGS ) can not ship any electronics items or components even without battery build-in. For example, USB cable, PCB board... etc., please use Netherlands post for such products.
2020-11-17: DHL HK service discontinued some services like this due to COVID-19 :
1) package and document services in the following 6 countries(full weight segment, all suspended, effective immediately!)
Austria, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Nigeria, Romania,

2) 0-3kg package service (wpx / Pak) in following 10 countries:
Poland, UK, Hungary, Turkey, Slovenia, Maltese, Finland, Chile, Czech Republic, Slovakia

2020-06-03: China Post + NL Post is now back. However, shipping rates are much higher than before, especially for the NL Post (+100%). We've also updated our express carrier's rates (the actual surcharge is about 35RBM/1kg)
2020-04-16: There are new restrictions in place for the shipments of PPE (masks, respirators); kindly contact us before any bigger shipment (over 5kg). Also, please be aware shipping rates are more expensive for that kind of goods (almost 200% more)
2020-03-27: SF Express China is not accepting face masks shipments to Hong Kong
2020-03-27: We suggest using DHL China over DHL Hong Kong; the waiting time in China is shorter compared to Hong Kong's
2020-03-25: We understand you are looking for the cheapest shipping options, and since we turned off all postal services, this is no longer possible (express companies are much more expensive). There is still one option - you might ship your packages from Shenzhen to Hong Kong (to your Tiptrans box there) and then use Hong Kong post. It's a bit complicated but still cheaper than other options; you might consider it. We are working on a way to allow you to use the Hong Kong post from Shenzhen directly, but that will take some time. If you are interested in such a solution, kindly contact us at [email protected]. We will help you activate Drop Shipping (needed to ship your package to different addresses).
2020-03-23: We've temporarily stopped all post services (China Post, EMS, and NL Post) mainly because of the huge backlog. All airplanes are overbooked, and there is not enough capacity to transport all packages. You might likely wait for MONTHS to get packages delivered. We don't think that it makes any sense to ship anything using post services right now. Therefore we've decided not to use them until the situation worsens. Express companies are working great, but be ready for delays (one or two weeks)

 

The United Kingdom

Fully operational.

2021-11-04 We have decided to temporarily suspend all international services with Hermes with the exclusion of shipments to Germany, France, Denmark, and Ireland. This is due to the lack of tracking information and severe service delays.
2021-06-25 DPD has taken the decision to temporarily remove a number of European services from all places where they can be purchased, including Tiptrans. EU countries that are unaffected and can still ship to using these two services are Austria, France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.
2021-01-20: We are experiencing issues because of the COVID-19 pandemic; many requests will be processed with delays. Please accept our apologies. 
2020-12-22: ALL EXPORTS TO EU BY ROAD SUSPENDED because of the situation at UK/FR border. UPS by AIR is still operational at this moment. Contact us for quotes if you need to send your package urgently (rates are appx. 300% higher compared to ground transport)
2020-11-10: We've reduced our staff presence for the coming two weeks due to the new Covid-19 restrictions introduced by the UK's govt. All orders might be processed longer than usual, but we still aim to have everything finished within 3 working days, as per our SLA terms. 2020-06-03: Landmark is very slow recently, big delays, we do not suggest using it for now
2020-03-20: Some carriers (DPD) will not accept any packages for China.

The Czech Republic

Germany

Fully operational.

2021-04-30: Germany warehouse is catching up. We expect to be back on track within two weeks.
2021-02-14: Germany restricted access to their country from CZ. This is an issue for us, as our DE warehouse is being managed from CZ. Please expect delays for the following 4 weeks. Your packages are safe, and we will accept new packages as usual. Only mail-outs, consolidations, etc., will likely be delayed 24-48 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience.
