You can cancel the Tiptrans e-shop order before it is processed by clicking on the "Cancel" link which is available on the e-shop page.
Our system will automatically refund you if you paid for the order. There is no fee involved.
If the order was already processed and we already created a package, you have following options
- order a shippment to your address
- combine the packages into one box and order shipment
- grab/buy more items from our e-shop and ship everything together
- order "Destroy a package" service in case you are not interested in the ordered item anymore (if the item was paid for you can contact us on [email protected], we will refund you the purchase price in full as we will add the item back to our e-shop, but unfortunately processing fees can not be reimbursed)
Please note
- one order = one package, for processing reasons we can't combine items right away, even if you order more items
- if the package was already created we can't simply "cancel the order", you are advised to use on of the option mentioned above
